Emilin Shiji is part of the Keenan Research Summer Student Program. She is currently entering her second year of a Health Science bachelor’s degree at Queen’s University. Her interest lies around public health policy and health equity.
She is currently working on the One Health project. The One Health approach aims to balance and optimize the health of humans, animals, and ecosystems, recognizing that shared health outcomes are interdependent.
Outside of work, her hobbies include reading, painting, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
