Inaya Yousaf completed her undergraduate degree in Arts & Science at McMaster University, where she developed an interest in the social determinants of health and their impact on health outcomes. She is now a medical student at the University of Toronto with interests in health equity, health systems, and addressing gaps in healthcare access and preparedness. She has applied these interests through her work on the PREPARED project, examining Canada’s biomanufacturing ecosystem and its relevance to pandemic preparedness.
