Chris Bransfield is a public health professional and Manager of Health Promotion at Sherbourne Health in Toronto. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Master of Science in Public Health from McGill University. His work centres on building stronger pathways between community programs and clinical care, particularly for populations facing structural barriers. Under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Pinto at the Upstream Lab, Chris hopes to study how equity-focused interventions can take root in primary care and improve access to care.
