Sarah McQuay is a Graduate Entry Medicine student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Dublin. She previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Biomedical Research Specialization from McMaster University.
She has been actively involved in clinical and evidence-based practice research. During her previous work as a Clinical Study Coordinator, she contributed to multiple clinical trials investigating treatments for Anxiety and Mood Disorders and co-authored the 2025 Canadian Network for Mood and Anxiety Treatment (CANMAT) OCD Guidelines.
Currently, she is working with the Upstream Lab on a comparative health systems analysis examining pregnancy care across various OECD countries. The project explores differences in health financing, service delivery models, and maternal health outcomes throughout the prenatal to postpartum period.
