This study will conduct a scoping review to summarize evidence on outpatient healthcare-based social care interventions that aim to support children ages 0-13 and/or their immediate families with select social determinants of health.
Impact
The results will highlight research gaps and will be used to inform the design of future social care interventions located within outpatient health care settings, including one that our project team will co-design to be implemented in Ontario.
