Iryna joined the Upstream Lab in July 2023 as a Research Assistant, contributing to various systematic and scoping reviews. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Guelph and a Master of Science in Biology, with a minor in Education, from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Ukraine). Prior to joining the Upstream Lab, Iryna worked at the Princess Margaret Cancer Health Literacy Research Centre and the Public Health Agency of Canada. Her research interests include knowledge synthesis and translation, as well as the epidemiology of both communicable and non-communicable diseases.
