Dr. Han Yan is a family physician as part of the St. Michael’s Hospital Academic Family Health Team. She completed her family medicine residency training at the University of Toronto. She also acquired a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. Her research interests are related to medical literacy around birth and death, especially as it pertains to advanced care planning.
