Neha joined the Upstream Lab in October 2023 as a Research Assistant supporting the CanTreatCOVID study. She received an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and has research experience in several areas including mental health, food insecurity, and health equity. Neha’s interest in addressing social determinants of health drew her to the Lab, where she is enthusiastic about helping build healthy, resilient communities alongside the team. Previously, Neha worked at a non-profit community health organization to improve wait times for homecare services. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city and spending time with friends and family.
