We’re hiring: Research Projects Coordinator

Upstream Lab is currently looking for a full-time temporary Research Projects Coordinator to provide operational and strategic support to the Research Program Manager and lab scientists, ensuring efficient execution of research projects, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth day-to-day lab operations.

This role balances administrative, project management, and consultative responsibilities across multiple research initiatives, staff, and stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates interested in the administrative aspects of research. Unlike many similar positions housed within separate departments, the Research Project Coordinator will be embedded directly within a research lab, enabling close collaboration with scientific teams while supporting the operational and organizational needs of ongoing lab operations.
