Canada faces a crisis in access to high-quality primary care. From November 30 to December 1, 2023, policymakers, researchers, providers, and patients from across Canada gathered to discuss the crisis and emerge with the next steps toward new approaches with a system for accountability. This meeting is organized by the Upstream Lab and linked to the 2023 Annual Meeting of the CIHR Applied Public Health Chairs.
